Fargo Qualifying:

A maximum of three wrestlers per weight class will qualify for Fargo from the Texas State Tournament.  Fourth place is encouraged to apply as an alternate.

Wrestlers who do not qualify at the Texas State Tournament still have an opportunity to qualify at Southern Plains and will not be counted against the maximum of three per weight class.

Release to Other States:

Texas USA Wrestling will not release Texas resident athletes to compete for other states.
